This French poet and writer was born in Alep, Syria in 1940. In 1973, he participated to the creation of the Festival des Arts Traditionnels. From 1974 to 1982, he was head of the Maison de la Culture, Rennes, known as Théâtre National De Bretagne (or TNB) ever since.
