Test pressing intended for release on Hemiola Records, but it seems they added the Chemikal Underground catalog number to the matrix etching on the plates, and pressed/released it on that label as the 538 EP. Plain white labels with hand written A/B, 33 rpm, and song titles. Sleeve is 2 separate sheets that appear to be color inkjet prints of 2 different intended cover designs. One of them makes the release appear to be a 2 song single with "Sled" as the A-side and something called "Spy Theme" as the B-side.
