U.S. edition of the first Chad Allan & The Reflections single. Canadian-American Records also issued this single in Canada with the same catalog number, but with a much different take of "Back And Forth" Canadian copies of the single will note "Canadian American Records Ltd. Winnipeg, Manitoba" on the label. US copies of the single will note "Canadian American Records Ltd. N.Y. 19, N.Y." Initial copies of the single were mistakenly pressed with the song "I Didn't Have The Heart" instead of "Tribute To Buddy Holly", The labels still read "Tribute To Buddy Holly". The single was recalled when the mistake was found out and was corrected to include the correct songs. Its not known if this pressing error happened for both the U.S. and Canadian releases. The matrix number of the master used is etched into the dead wax of the single. The U.S. label also has the master matrix number printed to the top of the catalog number. "Tribute To Buddy Holly" is master no. 6097. "Back And Forth" is master no. 6098 Font used on the U.S. label is different than the Canadian Label. Canadian American Records Ltd.
