Chance Waters (previously known as Phatchance), is an independent Australian hip hop artist and record producer from Sydney. He is best known for his songs Maybe Tomorrow and Young & Dumb, both of which received significant national airplay on Triple J and placed in the Triple J Hottest 100, 2012.In 2009 he independently released his debut album Inkstains under the Moniker Phatchance via Obese Records distribution.
