Noted for "Mama Don't Want No Peas An' Rice An' Cocoanut Oil" and "Delia Gone." Co-founder, with brother T.H.C. Lofthouse, of the Lofthouse Record Company and the Lofthouse Agency both of Nassau, New Providence.
