Album US 1995 on Cascade Recordings label
Electronic, Jazz and Rock (Art Rock, Hardcore, Experimental, Avant-garde, Avant-garde Jazz, Noise, Ambient, Dark Ambient)
Recorded on Sunday, May 16th 1995 at Woodshed Studios with Tim Pak. Released on CD in the summer of 1995. Limited to 1200 copies. This CD EP came packaged in a brown paper bag (lunch bag) with glued on photocopied inserts and covers. It was co-released by Chelsea's Gone Under's own record label, Cascade Records, then named Cascade Recordings (the record label's first release) and Conquer the World Records. Conquer the World Records paid for the recording session and the replication of the CDs. Cascade Recordings paid for the mastering and handled the creation of the packaging. The covers feature the Cascade Recordings label logo stamped but the CD matrix indicate both Conquer the World Records and Cascade Recordings. After the release of this CD, Cascade Recordings changed name to Cascade Records. Comes with a folded up 8.5 x 14 photocopied insert as well as a 5 x 4 photocopied flyer. The official title of this EP is self-titled, "Chelsea's Gone Under". It has however been listed under various names including "Orchestra. Piano. Grind" (because of the name of three songs listed on the back cover) and “Beneath These Heavens” (mistakenly used on Conquer the World Records ads).
