US vocalist, Born on January 17, 1954. Started off in local bands and soon joined New Deal Rhythm Band. She was a part of the group for four years. Was asked to audience for a spot in The Manhattan Transfer in 1979 as replacement for Laurel Massé. The first recording with the quartet was "Extensions" from 1979. She also recorded a few solo albums.
