Regarded as "Initials C.C. Vol. 2" Collection of live recordings, studio outtakes & unreleased studio session Signed copies included in the 500 copies ltd Box Set released in 2005 by Underground, Inc. as UIN1123. However, no catalog number or discernible releasing label is found anywhere on this release. This release was also sold as a standalone release (sealed and not autographed) by Chris Connelly at the Cold Waves II festival in Chicago, 27 & 28 September, 2013.
