Available in (at least) two different sleeves. This is a black and white photo of Chris with an orange border. The other is a different photo with a white background. On my copy of this the Ork symbol on the label doesn't contain the label address (different to the current label photos for this entry), on the white background version copy there is a label address within the symbol.
