Chris Crocker (a stage name) is an openly gay internet celebrity from the United States, who was born on December 2, 1987. He has achieved a fair measure of popularity, success and scorn on account of his simple, crude and vulgar video blogs (and associated parodies and media coverage). His best known vlog is an emotional piece called "Leave Britney Alone," a rant where he responded to others who criticized Britney Spears' onstage music performance at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards in Las Vegas. This piece in particular has been heavily sampled.
