Journalist Chris Heath cut his teeth interviewing and profiling pop stars for the infamous Smash Hits. He has also written for Rolling Stone, Details and UK broadsheets The Telegraph and Sunday Times, amongst others. Whilst working at Smash Hits he befriended the papers' then-Assistant Editor, Neil Tennant. This friendship led to Heath being commissioned to write two Pet Shop Boys books, 'Literally' and 'Pet Shop Boys Versus America', both candid fly-on-the-wall journals on the groups' first two tours. Heath also compiled the PSBs 2001 Further Listening bonus discs, edits their fan club magazine Literally and acts as the groups' official interviewer-in-residence for liner notes and suchlike. In 2002 he tailed Robbie Williams for 18 months. The resulting biographical journal, Feel, received rave reviews on its publication in 2004. He is a contributor to GQ magazine.
