Varèse Sarabande U.S. CD pressing of Christopher Gordon's miniseries soundtrack, recorded in 1999 at Studios 301, Sydney, by an unidentified orchestra and the Sydney Philharmonia Choir, conducted by the composer. The packaging includes a four-page booklet with a relevant quote from Walt Whitman and a brief note from the director, both superimposed over a two-page black-and-white photo from the miniseries; and color front and back covers, the former featuring the key art from the miniseries, and the latter featuring production credits and two color photos from the miniseries.
