Industrial metal band formed in the early ’90s by Scott Albert (aka Klay Scott/Klayton) after the disbanding of his former thrash metal band Immortal (5). Resurrected in 2016. The '90s live line-up also included Jason Tilton and Daren "Klank" Diolosa. The second album Brainchild was originally not an album by Circle Of Dust but a re-release of the earlier album Mindwarp (1992) by Brainchild (2), a side-project of Scott Albert. R.E.X. Music did this because they wanted Klayton to make a second Circle Of Dust album but without having the money to produce it.
