Progressive trance project by Wouter Thomassen and Sander Visser alias "DJ Saaf" alias "S A V I" from The Netherlands. They teamed up with singer John van Loon for their first release as Spanner. When they found out there was already a band called Spanner in The Netherlands they changed the name of the project to Citizen.
