Clark Terry (born December 14, 1920, St. Louis, Missouri, USA - died February 21, 2015, Pine Bluff, Arkansas, USA) was an American jazz trumpeter, composer and bandleader. He was a major influence on Miles Davis and worked with luminaries such as Billie Holiday and Ella Fitzgerald. Awarded a lifetime achievement Grammy in 2010.
