Album US 1929 on Paramount label
Country (Country)
Both sides A and B are given the artist attribution Davis-Rice-Thomas. Side A is properly attributed to this group of artists, but Side B is properly attributed to Chumbler's Breakdown Gang (as it appears on label of QRS Records R. 9019, the other release of this side). The appearance of Henry Thomas on side A, and Howard Coker on side B, is surmised by country music historians. Sides A and B recorded c. April 1929 in Long Island City, NY.
