Disc is housed in a white generic sleeve. Comes with three inserts: A front cardboard cover with 'clem snide' printed across the top and a hand drawn, individual picture on yellow legal paper stapled to the front A rear cardboard cover with a black and white printed sketch, the label information, year, and catalogue number, and the following text: "all songs by clem snide. cover art 1 of 200 drawings by J. Glasser. It would not have happened without the help of Sue Weston, Ami Barzelay, and Lena Tatar." A printed insert on yellow paper advertising other releases on the label: A cassette by Sleep Consciousness (CBD 002), a cassette by Fruit Key (CBD 001), and an unknown cassette by Clem Snide (CBD 003). The Clem Snide listing notes a cover of Hank Williams' 'I Heard My Mother Preying For Me' as well as 'Song For Bob Crane'.
