This is the first edition and has a blue/yellow envelope cover with an LP sized insert. Some copies also came with promo sheet and a red sticker. Some copies also came with the red/grey cover as inner sleeve. This inner sleeve differs from the second edition in that there is a die-cut opening at the top, and the seams are folded left + right. See pictures. The 2nd edition has a red/grey cover. There are rumours about editions in other colours, but nobody has been able to produce proof.
