Recorded live at Castro Theater, San Francisco, June 17, 1991. The first eighteen selections of this recording are correctly sequenced to accompany the video of the Giorgio Moroder print of Fritz Lang's Metropolis. "Pool of Thanatos," completed in 1990 by filmmaker Peter McCandless, is the first original film made exclusively for the Club Foot Orchestra. This recording was made using the Virtual Audio 3-D encoding process.
