Back cover with 'Anything I Can Do, I Can Do Better' as title of track 4, 'Chick to Chick' as title of track 5 and 'Pretty Girl Is Like A Melody' as title of track 7 (not the exact Irving Berlin titles, probably Han Bennink jokes). . Pages 6, 7 & 8 of the booklet including Han Bennink artwork. This other similar release has page 6 of the booklet we have here as front cover and a booklet with a different page order. And this other release has same front cover as here, but slightly different (correct) titles for tracks 4, 5 and 7 on back cover.
