Limited to 500 copies initially advertised as being pressed on white vinyl as preorders were taken for a white vinyl release. The pressing plant ran out of white vinyl and did not inform the label of this until after the records were pressed. The record was pressed on black vinyl. An additional 500 copies were pressed on white vinyl with alternate "red sleeve" artwork and insert on December 2009.
