Album UK 2009 on Samphire Records label
An album of mainly cover versions that gives us a glimpse into Lloyd Tucker tastes and influences. No surprise to find covers of Beach Boys, Bowie, Eno, Donovan and even The Incredible String Band but it's the inclusion of much older material (1920's & 30's) that give this disk it's flavor. All of the songs have been reworked and given a fresh coat of paint. It is a lively album this. Wally Allen's (The Pretty Things) 'Stars' is a highlight along with the only original composition here 'Religious Experience', a ten minute epic.
