English drummer and vocalist. Originally a jazz musician from East London Wilkinson teamed up with Trevor Horn in British disco star Tina Charles´ backing group, before he moved to Denmark in the early 80s. Initially playing with legendary hippie band, Burnin´ Red Ivanhoe, Wilkinson joined the controversial, alternative rock band The Poets (6) May 1987. Touring and recording with this band until early summer 1989.
