Born: November 14, 1950 in Peterborough, ON Died: October 9, 1996 in Toronto, ON Award winning Canadian singer/songwriter, Colleen began her professional career September 1966 at 16 singing briefly with 3's A Crowd (2), Occasional Flash and The Esquires (11). By 17 she was touring coffee houses in Canada and the U.S. with Bruce Cockburn, David Wiffen, Richard Patterson, and Dennis Pendrith. In 1968 she switched to R&B and in the 70s moved to mainly country. JUNO Awards 1967 JUNO Award for "Most Promising Female Vocalist." 1977 JUNO Award for "Best New Vocalist."
