Guitarist of Jamaican descent born in Oriente Province, Cuba. He is known for his 1961 LP "Magic Guitar" (Guitarra Magica) on Puchito Records, where he plays Cuban music & Latin twist on a Fender Stratocaster. A carpenter by profession, he built his first guitar by hand. He also played the violin and contrabass.
