Constructive RUKUS (Really Us Kids Under Stress) is a dynamic hip hop group with a three-part nucleus: Haj Lamont, Jamarkis Holland, and Alfonso "Sugarbear" Huey. Hailing from West Texas, the trio's music is not only influenced by the Southern hip hop culture; they blend East and West Coast sounds as well. Constructive RUKUS music has been featured in a few different mixed CD's and numerous skateboard videos such as Osiris: The Storm, Shorty's: Fulfill The Dream, Globe: World Cup Of Skateboarding and many others. They have also toured a lot of the US with the Osiris Shoes skateboard team on The Aftermath Tour.
