Limited edition of fifty copies, packaged in a windowed white cardboard jacket, with a hand-cut photographic print insert, custom text sticker work and a printed white disc. Some promotional copies exist which substitute a translucent white paper sheet in lieu of the photograph cover - these copies are extremely rare and were only given out at live performances.
