Costantino Locatelli (born in Corna Imagna on November 22, 1915, died in Bergamo on March 4, 2007) was a teacher and a passionate researcher and witness to the culture and traditions of the Bergamo mountain, especially the Imagna Valley. He was one of the founders of the "Centro Studi Valle Imagna", and he was a very active exponent, offering a significant contribution to his growth and prestige. In the last years of his life he lend himself to telling the ancient fairy tales of the folk tradition of his valley for a magnetic recording.
