An American from Brooklyn, born on January 26, 1963, with a 15-year career designing packaging at Lop Records, Atlantic Records and Sony Music. From July 1992 until July1995 at Atlantic Records Art Direction, and as Design Director at Sony Music between July 1995 and April 1997. But, Cozbi A. Cabrera walked away from that successful career as an art director at Sony Music and started a home-based business, creating beautiful cloth collectible dolls. In 2004, she opened Cozbi, an elegant boutique in the Carroll Gardens section of Brooklyn that features the beautiful clothes she designs and sews for women and girls along with several accessories. And, she also illustrates picture books on the side of that. Cozbi A. Cabrera has an education from Parsons School of Design, B.F.A. Please consider also Cozbi Sánchez-Cabrera.
