This is a documentary about the sludge metal band Crowbar. Its narrators are the two founders of the band, Kirk Windstein and Jimmy Bower. It features the band partying, drinking, messing around. Contains footage from their 1994 tour with Pantera, 1994-1995 tour with Paradise Lost and 1995 tour with Cathedral. Also contains footage of them recording their 1996 album "Broken Glass".
