Cruel Tie (formerly known as All Tomorrow’s Parties) is an independent alternative rock band based in Moscow, Russia. They are composed of: - Vadim Tikhonov - vocals, guitar; - Władek Sheen - vocals, guitar; - Ruslan Tikhonov - bass guitar, backing vocals; - Vladislav Chernin - drums, percussion, backing vocals. The band gathered in summer 2011 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and moved to Moscow, Russia, in 2013. On May 23 2017, the full-length album 'Life Is Laughing At Us And That's OK' became available in Russia. The worldwide release is set for summer 2017.
