Musician, songwriter, DJ and journalist. Born on October 1, 1948 Died on July 1, 2000 Founding member of Detroit rock band Brownsville Station in 1969. In 1979, Koda began a career as a solo artist and as a journalist for several music magazines before succumbing to a kidney disease.
