Included is a 2-sided 12" sized info sheet. Initial copies were sealed with a sticker across the open end of the jacket. The spine reads "Brékkek Kékkek kékkek Kékkek! Koáx Koáx Koáx! Ualu Ualu Ualu! Quaouauh!". 'Made in Benelux' and 'Made in EEC' on B-side label. Durations are not mentioned on release. A reissue came out in 1988 without insert and with different center label. The 93 Current 93 track was later appended to the CD reissue of In Menstrual Night and is dedicated to James Low. The Sickness Of Snakes tracks recorded and mixed in 9 hours. They later appeared on Coil's Unnatural History (Compilation Tracks Compiled) CD.
