Singer, occasional songwriter and producer. Started her career in 1983 as backing singer with Marvin Gaye. Later worked with artists such as Ray Charles, Barry White, Joe Cocker, Bette Midler and many others. In the late 1980's and early 1990's she toured with Wendy Smith and Theresa Walker as r&b vocal trio "Harmony". As a songwriter, her biggest success is probably Diana Ross' recording of "You're Gonna Love It" in 1990.
