Dubliner Garvan Power had been developing his own hard-edged electronic music for a few years when he teamed up with guitarist Karl Milne in 2000 and formed D:V:ANT. D:V:ANT recorded two CDs and rather quickly established themselves on the Dublin dance music scene. D:V:ANT the recording project was placed on hold, with Garvan focussing on playing the club scene, doing hard techno DJ sets, and eventually setting up his own club, FLUX. In early 2003, Garvan hooked up with Jens Kroenert and created Lowtek. However, Garvan has, at times, threatened to revive D:V:ANT at some point in the future. Ex Member : Karl Milne
