After having travelled the world for almost 20 years searching for new music and artists, he discovered along the way a stash of rare musical pearls - in Europe, Africa and Latin America - music which he shares with us to enjoy in his energetic DJ sets. Today, he broadcasts his remixes and musical adaptations in parties, festivals and clubs around the globe. For 6 years, he worked in close collaboration with the label Analog Africa (Frankfurt). He compiled Space Echo and POP MAKOSSA, which were both very well receieved by DJs and music lovers globally. It was these two compilations that recently helped him to be spottedand interviewed by Gilles Peterson for his Worldwide FM show. Having played in major European and international clubs such as Lux Fragil (Lisbon), Hinterhof (Basel), House of the People (Brussels), Trackers (Sao Paulo), Deni Shain has also played in lots of festivals including: Les Docks des Suds (France), Recbeat Festival (Brazil), Zapata Vive (Mexico), Goulash Disco (Croatia), Pete the Monky (France), Suds d'Arles (France), and Juicy Beats (Germany). Since the month of may, he has launched his own label : ATANGANA RECORDS with the Haitian singer Fedia Laguerre's song : DIVIZION. This track has already been around the world and was played by Gilles Peterson, elected radio Nova summer hit and many others.
