::::DJ VITAMIN D:::: Colorecording artist and label owner Derrick Daisey aka Dj Vitamin D has been on a production rampage that is gaining him international attention. The success of the undeniably catchy "That Latin Track" on IHR has labels and dancefloors taking notice of this long time veteran of the dance scene. Wait 'till they get a load of the tracks under the moniker FLOORFILLERZ (with producer/dj Sean Biddle) , which kicks harder but is just as catchy. But hold up that is the future and we should bring you up to speed on the past. Derrick has made his life from music in one way or another for nearly a decade. A shift from the warm sun of California to the frosty mile high city of Denver forced Derrick inside to focus on producing. Since then he has played the main stages the world over and brought Dj Vitamin D the notoriety that took him on tour across the US, Canada, Mexico and Asia. Derrick's sound has been refined and recognized as a banging and dirty perfection of house music. With the more than 30 tracks (several as the duo The Floorfillerz) due out in 2003 and the studio just getting warmed up this sure to be one artist that will be tough to keep up with. ::::DJ NIQUE:::: For over ten years Nique has emerged as a leading dj, producer, and remixer. He began beating the dance floors with his slamming house sets in the early 90¹s. Nique was one of the most frequent names seen on flyers In Colorado, as he held residencies with premier production companies and clubs such as Together Productions, GO, Club Synergy, and Millennium. Nique¹s acclaim grew as he resided in Denver and spun across the US and Canada. After living in Denver, Nique began to realize that his love for house music was pulling him back to his roots where house music was born. In 1998 he moved to back to Chicago. He is a true house pioneer as shown by his long-term residency at Big Wig and frequent appearances all over Chicago and the rest of the worlds leading clubs. Often visits to clubs such as Dish, The Dragon Lounge, and WMSE 91.7 FM Radio in Milwaukee, have not only caught the attention of audiences close to home, but also abroad. Nique has traveled abroad on several occasions to such places such as El Divino in Ibiza, Germany, Street Parade in Zurich, London, Mexico, Canada, Poland and more. He has played along side numerous world-renowned DJ¹s but credits his inspiration to the Denver DJ¹s that have influenced him the most; Vitamin D, Hipp-E, Greg Eversoul, and L.L. Bishop. Aside from DJing, Nique has been working hard in the studio on numerous solo and joint projects. His collaboration work with the Floorfillerz, called the NSD Project, and his releases with long time friend DJ Vitamin D, of ³Gerbil Beats² and ³Overpass² on Terraform Records have received top reviews by DJ¹s and magazines worldwide and play on MTV (Real World and Road Rules). Nique is also the driving force behind a new house label based in Chicago. Nine Records provides the dance industry and its listeners, world wide, with quality house music from local and international talent. With releases on Terraform, Moonshine Music, Special Needs, Hablando, Bunchlox, Deepha, Jump, Jackinthebox, IHR, and Colorecordings, just to name a few, Nique is ready for more and is sure to rock dance floors all over the world.
