Released in a black-and-white picture sleeve with center label cutouts. Artist and title are printed on front of sleeve. Back of sleeve has a large UC logo and smaller X 10 CIV logo. Both center labels are printed in black and white. A-side label reads DJ Promo Copy below the artist and title, and B-side label reads UC Records Promo. Cat # is printed as DDH-1002 on label, but etched as DDH 1002 in the runout grooves. No track titles are given on the release. Track B2 also features on DDH 1001.
