After working for the biggest event organisation in the harder styles; Q-dance for over 5 years, Ezteq decided to start producing his own music. Because of his job and his love and compassion for the harder styles in dance music he knows like no other what is going on in the international dance scene. After working hard in the studio his first production ‘Fuck You Up’ was born. Ezteq sent an early demo version of the track to some leading hardstyle artists and their response showed he made the right decision! ‘Fuck You Up’ got picked up by several big DJ’s and got played on major events like Defqon. 1, Decibel Outdoor, The Qontinent, Q-BASE and many more. Hardstyle pioneer DJ Isaac didn’t fail to notice the power of this track either and he immediately provided Ezteq the opportunity of releasing ‘Fuck You Up’ on his X-RATE label. And this was just the start. In 2012 Ezteq turned his back to hardstyle music for a while to host and play at minimal/techno parties. Because of his succes in this scene he didn’t want to be in the hardstyle ‘spotlight’ anymore. Nowadays he’s producing music for other artists and hosting his own minimal/techno parties.
