Jean-Noël Hovinne is a popular belgian DJ & producer very active in the french part of Belgium. He started his career in 1989 as light-jockey but became quickly DJ starting playing in a lot of belgian clubs from 1992. He can be considered as a "generalist" DJ , using his art of MC also to entertain the crowd. A lot of production under the alias J.N.O. has been produced charting in the belgian charts. He's the man at the back of the famous party called "Palladium" tributing the club of the same name. Together with his partner DJ CP , they released and produced 3 albums (the rebirth of Palladium) charting top 2 (vol 1) top 2 (vol 2) and top 1 (vol 3) in the belgian charts and becoming best sellers bringing the two guys to belgian television 's programs and a large popularity.
