A.k.a. Alen Vitasović Bigg Kay-Ohh Bigg Knock
Croatian DJ, MC and Hip Hop beatmaker from Rijeka. Appeared in the early 90's as one half of the duo called Bootknockaz that managed to record several tracks and even a video to one of these named "Gotcha" in 1993. The duo disbanded in 1995 after which he pursued with his first DJ-ing efforts that were alongside DJ Pimp in Rijeka's venues, at the time he also started producing Rap tunes usually flavoured with the Funk sound. In 1998 formed with other 2 Rijeka's rappers MC Buffalo and Skat a group named Pol' Tone Rappa, in which he mostly handled the production besides MC-ing. In the late '90s-early '00s he established himself as a beatmaker and was often found collaborating both lyrically and production-wise with Rijeka's acts, most notably Drill Skillz Was also spinning House tunes in the short 1999/2000 period as DJ Kingpin, which was followed by DJ-ing under Knockout alias when playing commercial Rap and R'n'B tunes through the '00s. In addition to that he co-hosted "Freestyle Radio Show" alongside Suicide (16), a weekly radio program about hip hop music that, over the course of years, changed several radio stations in Rijeka area. As the group Pol' Tone Rappa practically became inactive around 2001, he started a label named Punchline Imperium, which supposed to serve as a platform for presenting his own productions as well as projects by up and coming rap artists in Rijeka. At the time he and a former Drill Skillz member Dejo formed a duo called Njuške recording several tracks which were eventually released on Punchline Imperium's compilation in 2005. In late '00s the label folded as Knockout moved to Canada. As of 2015. he is the owner of his own records label Imperium Entertainment based in Vancouver Canada. (Note: Do not confuse this artist with Alen Vitasović, croatian pop singer.)
