A.k.a. Marcelo Ribeiro
Brazilian DJ and producer who began his DJ work in 1988, trying to do at home what he often heard on DJ Memê's radio program using non-professional equipment. From the very beginning, his preferred musical style has been House music and the alternative, Hip-Hop. From 1990 to 1996, he concentrated on spinning at private parties. After year 2000, he was invited to play in Rio de Janeiro's Hard Rock Café, Pampa Grill Centro, Passeio Público Café and Katmandu Lounge in addition to being heard on web radio's Submusica.com. Since that time, Marcelo, along with his good friend and partner, Dilso "Air", produced and remixed the release M&D Produções E Remixes with many of the songs from this release being heard in Rio's clubs and on it's radio stations. In 2007, along with Dilso "Air", he created a DJ set project of Electro & Progressive House called BS2 and he continues to perform at electronic music parties and events.
