Mourad started DJ'ing in the mid-eighties and his passion for vinyl and deep soulful techno drives him along his DJ/Producer path that has him DJ'ing in Europe, USA, Africa and Asia. Born and raised in Tunis, Tunisia he sharpened his skills b playing hip hop and electro but also soul, reggae and rare groove. Mourad is all about the funk and all of his productions display a love of funk and soul. As a DJ mourad plays a blend of Detroit techno and deep house.His sets are known for being diverse and highly loaded with soul and funk. He has played with people like Larry Heard, Farley Jack Master Funk, Derrick May, Juan Atkins, Alexi Delano, Dimitri from Amsterdam, Olivier le Castor, DJ Pierre, Darren Price, 4 Hero, Alton Miller and Jeff Mills. Now What EP is a cool three tracker of pure Detroit and one of the finest moments in his catalogue and add to his growing reputation in Europe and across the Atlantic in North America.
