Dj Psi Kick (pronounced 'sai-kick') a.k.a Jeff Valbuena is a Filipino-American native of San Diego, California and also a resident of Japan for 11 years. Dj Psi Kick is known for his DJ Battle career (1998-2004) and for his Japan nationwide releases: "MemoryStorm", (a self-titled album from the MPC/scratch experimental live unit duo of the same name, active in Japan from 2005-2009) and "Kouten" (an abstract and ambient mix/scratch composition). As MemoryStorm, Dj Psi Kick has performed throughout Japan alongside artists such as Jel (Anticon), DJ Baku, Inner Science, Azzurro, Kode9, Sokabe Keiichi, Toe, DJ Ken One, Eccy, Haiiro de Rossi, Tamaki Roy, Primal & DJ Martin (MSC), Cypress Ueno/Roberto Yoshino, DJ Kensei, and many others.
