Red’s first release, Seen (2007, Dealmaker Records), a track made entirely from scratching, brought him acclaim from BBC Radio1’s Huw Stephens and legendary scratch pioneer DJ D-Styles. His follow up album, Fingerprints (2008, Dealmaker Records), was similarly well received amongst artists, peers and press, garnering critical acclaim from Hip Hop Connection, Q Magazine and The Independent, and saw him tour the UK twice. Red’s second album, The Nuts, came out in 2010 on First Word Records. Also in 2010, he released the much acclaimed EP "Bare Blips" under the name of Redinho.
