THT (Cédric Saintviteux) is a Belgian Dancecore/Hands-Up producer, composer and remixer who was born on July 3, 1992 in Marche-en-Famenne, Belgium. He's been attracted to electronic music ever since he was a child, especially dance music since he first heard the song "Because The Night" by Jan Wayne. His interest for electronic music production has started when he was around 8 years old, creating poorly made musical pieces on PlayStation 1 game "Musik". By the time he was around 12, THT discovered Image Line software "Fruity Loops 5", thanks to his sister, who has a passion for electronic music as well. Soon afterwards, THT gets himself his first computer. He would then compose hardstyle music, as he was inspired by a world other than that of dance music because of DJ Furax. Thereafter, he will get to know several other dance producers, such as Deamon (Madeon), CJ Mkh, Lorya, and so on. The one song that made THT want to produce hands up music is Cascada's "Everytime We Touch". That song is the main source of inspiration for his musical style. THT started getting noticed in the hands up world in September 2009 as he entered Zooland Records, a record label run by Manuel Reuter (Manian, Cascada, R.I.O., Tune Up!) and Yann Peifer (Yanou). In March 2010, THT leaves Zooland Records and decides to carry on on his own, and with producer Ced Tecknoboy. The THT & Ced Tecknoboy project, also known as Breakboy & Ced Tecknoboy, quickly gets a large amount of success in the hands up world. In April 2010, DJ THT achieves his first live performance at the "Crash Discothèque" in France, alongside DJ Ced Tecknoboy. In May, he gets contacted by record label Tough Stuff!, run by Patrick Scholl (Chris Van Dutch, Commercial Club Crew) and Henrik Münchow. THT officially becomes a member of that record label. In 2011, THT's first single "Here We Are" featuring Andreas Eliasson (Auzern) comes out. During the same year, a second single featuring Auzern comes out, entitled "Open Up The Dancefloor". That single will be featured on his first album "Open Up The Dancefloor : The Album", also available in DJ Edition. Some of THT's songs will also be featured on several compilations, such as "Future Trance", "Welcome To The Club", ... THT has also worked with many well-known artists, such as Manian, Empyre One, Gollum, Ced Tecknoboy, Klaas, Madeon, ... In 2011 and 2012, THT & Ced Tecknoboy are invited to perform on the "Easter Rave", one of the biggest hands up events in Germany. THT's & Ced Tecknoboy's remix of "Poison" is one of their most popular remixes, reaching over 1,500,000 views on YouTube. THT still has many surprises up his sleeves for the years to come.
