A.k.a. DNA - Diversion Noise & Adrenalin
Brazilian Heavy Metal Band. For some, DNA is the code of life, the essence of living things...to us, DNA - Diversion Noise & Adrenalin, is the essence and soul of rock 'n' roll. The band emerged in Belém do Pará in 1988, in a moment of full cultural ferment, when the city was a great sound cauldron that impressed observers from Brazil and abroad. In this cultural context, DNA has opened its space and left its mark for everything always going far beyond regional boundaries. The band recorded several demo tapes: Metal City, Stop The Madness, Shoot To Kill and Dust And Bones, in addition to participating in a national compilation released on the CD "Falange Do Rock", all works received excellent reviews in specialized magazines in Brazil as Rock Brigade and abroad. In this period, the DNA was not restricted to the capital, made presentations in the interior of Pará and in other Brazilian states opening shows of great bands such as Viper and Dorsal Atlântica and Deep Purple, showing their work and bringing together a large number of fans who eternalized DNA As an icon of the Metal paraense. In 2011, DNA returned with its classical training, with the main goal being the recording of a CD that will bring back the best songs recorded in the old demo tapes in K7, as well as 04 unpublished songs. It will be like a time capsule, a find, a gift for today's headbangers and a revival for those accompanying the band since the 1980s.
