Recorded between 11:45 PM July 18 and 6:30 AM July 19, 2008 in Los Angeles, California. using: 2 Geophones(PSR-1 Type) mounted in two branches of an avocado tree 2 50' XLR Cables (Neuntrik/Belden 9450) Sound Devices MixPre as a 2 channel signal preamp iRiver H140 running Rockbox (v.080624 + RTC mod) as a time-lapse PCM recorder (11.025kHZ / 16 bit) Amadeus Pro 1.3.1 for dual mono splitting, sample rate transportation, and final AAC(m4v) encoding Logic Pro 8.0.2 for gain, filtering, and mastering Sony TC DSM for Cassette master Sony CCP 1300 & 2 CCP 1400 for Cassette dubbing (thanks to Joseph Hammer) Note: The enclosed business card CDRs contain AAC digital audio files, playable on a computer or portable media player. Most CD players will not play them.
