Veteran music executive Dan Einstein has resigned his post as vice president and general manager of Al Bunetta Management and its three Grammy-winning independent labels in June 2003. Einstein joined Al Bunetta Management in 1981, forming Oh Boy Records in a co-venture with Al Bunetta and legendary singer/songwriter John Prine. Einstein also founded the late Steve Goodman’s record company, Red Pajamas Records's, and received the innaugural Contemporary Folk Grammy Award for executive producing on “A Tribute To Steve Goodman” in 1985. In recent years, Einstein has served as both producer and executive producer on projects including a John Hartford tribute album and a live album by the Fairfield Four.
