All recordings made by Dan Senn between 1992 and 1998. Senn performs all the instrumental sounds on this recording using sculptural instruments he designed and built. Special thanks to Marilyn and Stanley Hahn, Oscar Dotseth, Paul Groeteboer, Helen Jameson, Allen Orr, Anna Oneida Staupe, Galdena Reierson, Myrtle Jameson (the elder), and Myrtle Jameson (the younger). The title piece was made possible in part by grants from the McKnight Foundation in alliance with the American Composers Forum, and KUOW's 1996 Radio Arts Festival.
